Pine View Transitional Rehab is located in South Ogden, Utah, about 30 miles from the state capital, Salt Lake City. At an elevation of 4300 feet, South Ogden has a superb view of Mount Ogden. South Ogden is a smaller town with a comfortable balance of residential and industry. In a recent survey, 85 percent of respondents (residents of South Ogden), rated South Ogden as having a good or excellent quality of life. South Ogden is a wonderful place to stay. Tom Frasure
I am the Administrator at Pine View and have been here since we opened in March 2004. I graduated from Idaho State University in 2002 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance. I live in Syracuse with my lovely wife and our 1 year old son. I enjoy golfing, playing games, participating in team sports, and outdoor recreation.

Gina Shuman, R.N.
I have been the MDS Coordinator here at Pine View since August 2004. I graduated from Weber State University in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. I live in "the country" with my husband, Jeremy, my beautiful daughter, Alyssa, and our dog, Gidget. In my spare time, I enjoy camping, exercising, shopping, and gardening.

Jeannette Hall, SSW
I am the Social Services Coordinator at Pine View. I have the pleasure of handling all of the admissions and discharges. Recently, I completed my Masters Degree in Counseling. I have been working in the health care field for since 1998 and been at Pine View since June 2005. In my spare time, I also work with hospice patients.

Amber Waters, R.N.
I am the Clinical Nurse Manager at Pine View and have been part of the staff since May 2004. I graduated from Weber State University in 2001 with an Associates Degree of Science in Nursing. I enjoy shopping, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Jeff Manning, R.N.
I am the Director of Nursing, a Registered Nurse, and a graduate of Weber State University where I earned a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. I am the father of three wonderful children who are grown and pursuing career goals of their own. I enjoy most outdoor sports activity including fishing, hunting, and trap shooting. I also enjoy just sitting at home and taking pleasure in my private time. My philosophy of nursing is based upon the theory of caring which helps to provide the optimal outcome for all those patients whom I come in contact with.

Tiffany Cabral
I work in the Business Office here at Pine View. I have been part of the staff since we opened in March 2004. I am originally from Massachusetts and currently live in South Ogden with my fiancé, Isaac, our cat, Chloe, and ferret, Freddy. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, shopping, and trying new things.
