Kenny Frasure
I am the administrator here at Aspen Ridge. I graduated from Idaho State University where I received my Bachelor's degree in Education. I taught elementary school for a short time before joining Advanced Health Care in March 2004. I love spending time with my wife, Melissa and our three beautiful children. I enjoy playing football, golfing and participating in other sports.

Fred Roberts
I have been with AHC since early 2006, currently as an Administrator In Training while preparing to be an administrator. I received a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance from BYU a few years ago and for a number of years I owned/operated an agribusiness with my brother. We primarily raised children, potatoes and onions. My wife Mary and I have been married since 1980 and we have nine wonderful children and even a few grandchildren. I love working with people. I enjoy traveling, skiing, and recently started golfing.

Lincoln Church, PT
I am the Rehab Services Manager at Aspen Ridge. I have been a physical therapist since 1998 when I graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. I have been with Aspen Ridge since we opened in October 2004. I love my job and I love working with people. I have a beautiful wife and three beautiful children (with on "in the oven" due in January 2007). In my spare time, I love spending as much time as I can with my family. I also love sports, music and being outdoors.

Danny Frasure, Home Health Administrator
I graduated in 2006 from Idaho State University with a Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration. I live in Farmington with my wife, Angela and our son, McCoy. I enjoy golfing, playing games, participating in team sports, and outdoor recreation.

Lydia Nadeau, OTR/L
I am a transplant from New Orleans, LA where I attended LSU graduating with a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. I have been an occupational therapist for 11 years and have been working at Aspen Ridge since it opened in October of 2004. I enjoy camping, hiking, traveling and just being outdoors. I love animals, especially dogs, and enjoy incorporating pet therapy into my treatment plan.

Karin Howard, COTA/L
I graduated from Salt Lake Community College in 1995 and have worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for twelve years. I have specialized in orthopedic rehab, and at last calculation have helped over 2200 patients recover from hip and knee replacement surgery and to return to happy and healthy lives at home. I moved to Utah because I love to ski, snowshoe, garden, decorate, and improve my home, and ride motorcycles. My life theory is: Working hard and playing harder equals a fun and fulfilling life….

Jason Wilson, DPT
I graduated in 2003 from the University Of Utah School Of Physical Therapy. I have been working at Aspen Ridge since November of 2004, shortly after they opened. Most of my experience as a Physical Therapist has been in orthopedics, geriatrics, and neurological disorders. I love doing volunteer work as a PT with Healing Hands for Haiti International Foundation. Outside of physical therapy, I play around on John Deere tractors every weekend on my Mother's farm. This is also where I get to ride the horses, the four-wheelers through the mud, and continue to live out my inner boyhood (grease and mud!). I also love music and enjoy playing guitar and singing.

Kevin Smith, PT/Athletic Trainer
I have worked for Aspen Ridge since August 2005. I earned my Master's in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 1999. I also hold a Master's from Brigham Young University in Exercise Science and Athletic Training as well as a Bachelor's degree in Education from Southern Utah University. I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and when time permits riding motocross as well as participating in sports; particularly tennis, volleyball and basketball.

Martie Weimer, Director of Nursing
I have been an LPN for thirteen years and have been at Aspen Ridge since September 2005. I started out as a floor nurse and 4 months later took the position of Clinical Nurse Manager, and I am currently the Director of Nursing. I feel that Patient care is very important and is a number one priority to me. I am currently pursuing my education as a Registered Nurse. Family is very important to me. I have 3 adult children and currently 1 grandson, and 1 granddaughter.

Crystal Talbot, RN
I am the admissions/discharge coordinator for Aspen Ridge. I graduated from the Academy of Nursing with a degree in nursing. I have a desire to work with geriatric patients because of my grandfather. I was able to care for him during his later years and that was the most rewarding moments of my life. I owned and operated an Apple a Day Health Food Store for six years and practiced as holistic practitioner before becoming a nurse. This is my fourth profession and it has been by far the most challenging and rewarding.

Len Nadeau, CDM
I moved to Salt Lake City in 1997 from south Florida. Originally, I am from Connecticut and I have been in the Food Service industry for almost 40 years. I really enjoy working with the geriatric population, although I have worked in many other culinary settings. Currently, I am attending the University of Utah to attain a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, while working full time. I have been the Chef and Dietary Manager at Aspen Ridge since it opened in October of 2004.

My name is Lloyd Hampton. I am the Admissions Assessment Coordinator at Aspen Ridge. I received my nursing degree though Weber State and have been an LPN for 7 years. I can honestly say that every day as a nurse has been a good day. I have 13 children, 10 grandchildren and cherish every minute I can spend with them. I enjoy camping, fishing and watching a good movie now and again except for "Pride and Prejudice".
