Advanced Health Care of Scottsdale, built in 2007, is located in central Arizona, just east of Phoenix. Scottsdale is a warm and welcoming city known for its art galleries and golf courses. Joe Nattress Administrator, has worked for Advanced Health Care Corporation since May 2004. He gained valuable experience working within each department of the two AHC facilities located in Utah. In August 2005 he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University, majoring in Business Administration. Joe is currently licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in both Arizona and Utah. He is a happy newlywed to his wonderful wife Britney, and enjoys competing in football and basketball.

Jona Pagano Administrator, has been living in the valley since 1989. She moved here from Long Island, New York with her family. Jona graduated from Arizona State University in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She began working for Advanced Health Care of Mesa in March of 2006 and transferred to the Scottsdale location when it opened in April of 2007. Jona was recently married and now resides in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband, Siamese cat, and English bulldog. She enjoys traveling, exercising, reading, movies and music. Jona feels very lucky to be a part of the Advanced Health Care team and could not ask for a better company to work for.

Diane Pagano, Regional Director of Admissions and Marketing, has been living in the valley since 1989. She moved here from New York where she worked in a skilled nursing facility for more than 20 years. After relocating to Arizona, she continued her career, working as an admissions coordinator and marketing director for several of the main skilled nursing facilities across the valley. In January of 2006, she began her employment with Advanced Health Care of Mesa and now divides her time between the Mesa and Scottsdale locations. Diane brings to Advanced Health Care 40 plus years of experience. Over the years, she has established solid relationships with many health care professionals and is widely respected throughout the valley. She enjoys being able to share her knowledge and experience with the company and loves being a part of the AHC team.

Pat Bolling, Medical Records, was born in Germany and moved to the United States in 1980. She now resides in Peoria, Arizona with her husband, John. They have 5 wonderful children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. Pat has worked in healthcare for the last 27 years and has most of her work experience in skilled nursing facilities and nursing agencies. Pat began her career with Advanced Health Care in the Mesa facility in March of 2006 and then transferred to the Scottsdale location in April of 2007 to be closer to home. Pat's hobbies include traveling with her husband and gardening.

Suzanne Stansbury, Administrative Assistant, was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She has been working in the healthcare field since 1983. Since then, she has worked in various skilled nursing facilities and was the branch manager for Advanced Health Care Staffing Agency. Suzanne joined the Advanced Health Care team in March of 2006 at the Mesa location and then transferred to the Scottsdale facility in April 2007 to be closer to home. Suzanne loves her job and enjoys the interaction she has with the patients, families, and guests. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, live music and socializing with friends.

Nanci Kahn, Director of Nursing Services, grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Arizona with her husband and 2 children in 1991. Nanci graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Psychology and then went on to pursue a career in nursing. She worked for a competitor for 13+ years, knowing for the past two years that she wanted to join AHC when they opened in Scottsdale. "Life is good" for Nanci now that she has joined the AHC team and she enjoys her job very much. She is a "health nut" that in her free time enjoys jogging and walking her two dogs. She is better known as "Nanci Nurse" to her colleagues at work.

Heather Couture, Rehab Services Manager, was born and raised in Pennsylvania. She moved to the valley in January 2007 from New Jersey. She now resides in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband, Chad, and two beautiful daughters, Chloe, and Elle. Heather holds a Masters Degree from the College of Misericordia and has been an Occupational Therapist for 9 years. Most of her past work experience has been in skilled nursing facilities and long term care facilities. Heather joined the Advanced Health Care team in April 2007 and brings a lot of enthusiasm and inspiration to all of the patients and employees in her Rehab Department. Her hobbies include working out, spending time with her wonderful family and shopping.

Inna Agadjanova, Director of Food and Nutrition Services, was born in the former Soviet Union. She came to the United States in 1983 and moved to Arizona over 11 years ago. She has been a Food Service Director/ Clinical Charter for the past 8 years in various Skilled Nursing Facilities in the valley. Inna began her employment with Advanced Health Care in April of 2007. She loves working in food service, working with patients and being part of the AHC team. She also loves spending time with her seven year old boxer, Max.

Patty Labos, MDS Coordinator, was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She moved to Arizona in 1992 because she had always loved "warm" weather. Patty graduated from St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing in 1974 and has worked in various aspects of nursing before settling into the job of MDS Coordinator 8 years ago. Her hobbies include walking, working out at the gym, watching football, music and dancing.

Mary Carraway, Admissions/Discharge Nurse, was born and raised in Indiana and moved to Arizona in 1984. She has been blessed with two great children, a son and a daughter, and two wonderful granddaughters. Her faith, family, friends, and cat are the most important things to her. Since graduating from nursing school in 1972, Mary has worked in various areas including doctor's offices, skilled facilities, and home health care. She began her employment with Advanced Health Care of Scottsdale in April 2007 and enjoys being part of the wonderful AHC team. In her free time Mary enjoys dancing, music, sports, the ocean and shopping.

Karen Amoscato, Clinical Nurse Manager, was born and raised in northern New Jersey. She moved to Arizona in 1983 where she continued her education. She possesses degrees in Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, and Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound, while also holding a Bachelor's Degree in HR Administration and a Master's Degree in Management from Ottawa University. Karen has been in the medical field for over 23 years and brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to the team at AHC. Her hobbies include traveling, needlepoint, cooking and decorating.
