Our facilities provide a unique solution to those looking for an alternative to a nursing home. The professionals at our state-of-the-art facilities specialize in short-term nursing and rehabilitation after your hospital stay and before returning home. We offer private suites, 24-hour nursing care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, and a fine dining experience in a luxurious atmosphere.

Advanced Health Care Corporation began with a vision to meet the needs of those patients who are not ready for a long-term nursing home yet need a skilled nursing facility with specialized rehabilitation. In 2001 Advanced Health Care Corporation took over an existing nursing home in Grangeville, Idaho, Grangeville Health and Rehabilitation Center. Our first short-term rehabilitation center, Pine View Transitional Rehab in Ogden, Utah opened in February, 2004. This was followed by Aspen Ridge Transitional Rehab in Murray, Utah, in October, 2004. Aspen Transitional Rehab in Meridian, Idaho opened its doors to patients in August, 2005. Advanced Health Care of Mesa began serving the Mesa, Arizona community in April, 2006. We opened our newest facility, Advanced Health Care of Scottsdale, Arizona, in April, 2007. Advanced Health Care has two more buildings scheduled to open later this year. Advanced Health Care of Aurora, located in Aurora, Colorado, is scheduled to open in October. And our East Murray, Utah facility will further serve the needs of the community in the Salt Lake City area later in the year. Each facility is designed with the comfort and treatment of the patient in mind. Our therapy staff is dedicated to helping patients restore the functional abilities needed to return home. Our goal is to continue to open facilities that meet a growing need in communities around the country.
